Since so many notable things are associated
with Bulacan — historical churches, influential heroes and talented artists —
it's easy to forget that, like other parts of the Philippines, this province is
also home to delicious food. From the crunchy chicharon to the creamy
pastillas, and a wide array of rice cakes, Bulacan certainly doesn't fall flat
in satisfying gastronomic needs.
La
Familia Sizzlers and Restaurant.
The family that cooks together stays together. This much is true with La
Familia Restaurant, a dining place established and ran by the Alejo family.
Located at a place accessible to drivers, La Familia serves as a convenient
food stop for both travelers and patrons. Today, most of La Familia's customers
are also families who want to enjoy lutong bahay dishes.
One of the famous cities in Bulacan
is the city of Malolos. This is
definitely the number one destination for those who wish to sample authentic
Bulaqueno dishes.
Barasoain Church is one of the tourist attraction in the
city.
A Roman Catholic Church built in 1630 in Malolos City, Bulacan. It is about 42 kilometres away from Manila.
Malolos is rich in history, but
unknown to many Filipinos and even to the Bulaquenos, the city is also rich in
culinary heritage.
That
heritage is now being preserved and reintroduced by Bistro
Maloleño Events Place & Restaurant.

The most popular gotohan in Bulacan “Citang's “ the eatery has built a reputation for serving delicious goto and tokwa't baboy.
Instead of following the typical way of preparing their signature dishes, Citang's Eatery has developed their own style of cooking. For example their Goto (P25) is made of carabao meat instead of beef and pork. They also fry the pork twice to make their Tokwa't Baboy (P40) crispier.
